Cortical neurons harvested and cultured from rat pups on 40x oil-immersion objective. Prepared and stained for imaging using anti-β-Tubulin III-Alexafluor 555 (red fluorophore attached to anti-tubulin antibody) & Hoescht DNA stain (blue).
