I captured this series in Japan with a 1950s Rolleiflex medium format film camera: through the use of such an antique lens, I hoped to revive the traditional spirits that reside in this land through my works.
These photos were taken in the town of Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, in the summer of 2018.
